Leena is currently BBC Neurodiversity Project Lead of a project aimed at researching Neurodiversity in Employment covering areas such as recruitment practices and accessibility. Autism is Leena’s super power. She is passionate about raising awareness around Neurodiversity and promoting different thinking styles. She has also developed training workshops, produced some short films and written various guest blogs for different online publications. In her spare time, she is a full time geek.
