Registration will also open on Friday 8th April (Contributor Day) at 09:00, so you can register early for the Conference and collect your badges in the Graduate Centre.

Media Room
Room TG-03
If you need a place to conduct interviews, do podcasts, or anything media related, theres a home for you.
The media room will be available to attendees during the following times:
Saturday 9th April: 08:00 – 19:00
Sunday 10th April: 09:00 – 15:30
Please note that this room will not be manned and therefore we do not recommend you leave you gear in this room.
Luggage Room
The luggage room will be used to store materials used for the event, but we will be able to look after attendees luggage during the following times:
Saturday 9th April: 07:30 – 9:00 & 16:30 – 19:30
Sunday 10th April: 9:00 – 10:00 & 15:00 – 16:30
Please note that these opening times are strictly for attendees. The primary purpose of the luggage room is to enable sponsors, speakers, organisers, volunteers & MC’s to use the room as required throughout the event.
Quiet Room
Room TG-02
The quiet room will be open to all attendees who’d like a quiet space to have 5 minutes for yourself. Just like a quiet coach on the train, you can concentrate knowing that no one will want to talk to you.
The room will be accessible during the following times:
Saturday 9th April: 08:00 – 19:00
Sunday 10th April: 09:00 – 15:30
Please do not use the room for any loud activities as this is the only room we’ve reserved for this purpose. We recommend the Sprint Room for that.
Sprint Room
Room GCG-08
Inspired by DrupalCamp London, WordCamp London 2016 will have a Sprint Room which will be available to all attendees who’d like to contribute back to the project. Unlike the Contributor Day, the Sprint Room won’t have an organised team structure, but will be a place where attendees can contribute, arrange discussions and organise between themselves a small team of contributors.
We also welcome anyone who find themselves needing a place to work during the event to use this room.
The Sprint Room will be available and open to all attendees during the following times:
Saturday 9th April: 08:00 – 18:00
Sunday 10th April: 09:00 – 16:30
Accessibility
We’re committed to making WordCamp London as accessible as possible to everyone. Please read our post on Accessibility at WordCamp London 2016 here.
Crèche aka Children Day Care
The WordCamp London organsing team would love to see adults and children attending sessions, but understand that sometimes kids find us boring.
This year we have crèche facilities for children of attendees of the event. We wrote a FAQ regarding the facilities too.
If you find yourself wanting to use our day care facilities at the last minute, please go to the main recption and speak to a volunteer or contact us beforehand.
Help on the day
All our help on the day will be sporting volunteer t-shirts which includes the word Localhost on the back.
Please don’t hesistate to approach any of our volunteers with any questions you have. It’s what we’re here for!
If you have any questions before the event, just get in touch via our contact page.
