Here, we&#8217;ve collected all the practical information we think you should know, so please read through this and don&#8217;t hesitate to ask us any questions at <strong><a href=\"mailto:london@wordcamp.org\" target=\"_blank\">london@wordcamp.org<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Registration<\/h2>\n<p>Registration opens between 07:00 &#8211; 09:00 on Saturday 9th April. You don&#8217;t need to print or bring your tickets with you &#8211;\u00a0all we need\u00a0is your name to register you.<\/p>\n<p>We will be serving tea, coffee and delicious breakfast bites from 07:30 on Saturday 9th April &#8211; so feel free to join us bright and early!<\/p>\n<p>Registration will also open on Friday 8th April (Contributor Day) at 09:00, so you can register early for the Conference and collect your badges in the Graduate Centre.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Swag<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We all love swag and you&#8217;ll be delighted to take home\u00a0one of our exclusive WCLDN 2016 t-shirts and much more! Join us during the following times to collect your goodies:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday: 15:30 &#8211; 16:00 <\/strong>Graduate Centre Entrance (GCG-01)<br \/>\n<strong>Sunday: 12:00 &#8211; 13:30 <\/strong>Graduate Centre Entrance (GCG-01)<\/p>\n<h2><b>WiFi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>London Metropolitan University will be providing WiFi codes\u00a0to be used throughout the duration of the event. These will be shown on your badges and can be used on\u00a0multiple devices.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Please note:<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5\"> WiFi does not work if your device is connected to a proxy server.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wifi Network:\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"s1\">metNet<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Media Room<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Room TG-03<\/b><br \/>\nIf you need a place to conduct interviews, do podcasts, or anything media related, theres a home for you.<\/p>\n<p>The media room will be available to attendees during the following times:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 9th April: <\/strong>08:00 &#8211; 19:00<br \/>\n<strong>Sunday 10th April: <\/strong>09:00 &#8211; 15:30<\/p>\n<p>Please note that this room will not be manned and therefore we do not recommend you leave you gear in this room.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Luggage Room<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The luggage room will be used to store materials used for the event, but we will be able to look after attendees luggage during the following times:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 9th April:<\/strong>\u00a007:30 \u2013 9:00 &amp; 16:30 \u2013 19:30<br \/>\n<strong>Sunday 10th April:<\/strong>\u00a09:00 \u2013 10:00 &amp; 15:00 \u2013 16:30<\/p>\n<p>Please note that these opening times are <strong>strictly for attendees. <\/strong>The primary purpose of the luggage room is to\u00a0enable sponsors, speakers, organisers, volunteers &amp; MC&#8217;s\u00a0to use the room as required\u00a0throughout the event.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Quiet Room<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Room TG-02<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The quiet room will be open to all attendees who&#8217;d like a quiet space to have 5 minutes for yourself. Just like a quiet coach on the train, you can concentrate knowing that no one will want to talk to you.<\/p>\n<p>The room will be accessible during the following times:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 9th April:<\/strong> 08:00 &#8211; 19:00<br \/>\n<strong>Sunday 10th April:<\/strong> 09:00 &#8211; 15:30<\/p>\n<p>Please do not use the room for any loud activities as this is the only room we\u2019ve reserved for this purpose. We recommend the Sprint Room for that.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sprint Room<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Room GCG-08\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inspired by <a href=\"http:\/\/drupalcamp.london\/\">DrupalCamp London<\/a>, WordCamp London 2016 will have a Sprint Room which will be available to all attendees who&#8217;d like to\u00a0contribute back to the project. Unlike the Contributor Day, the Sprint Room won&#8217;t have an organised team structure, but will be a place where attendees can contribute, arrange discussions and organise between themselves a small team of contributors.<\/p>\n<p>We also welcome anyone who find themselves needing a place to work during the event to use this room.<\/p>\n<p>The Sprint Room will be available and open to all attendees during the following times:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 9th April: <\/strong>08:00 &#8211; 18:00<br \/>\n<strong>Sunday 10th April: <\/strong>09:00 &#8211; 16:30<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Accessibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We&#8217;re committed to making WordCamp London as accessible as possible to everyone. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/2016.london.wordcamp.org\/accessibility-at-wordcamp-london-2016\/\" target=\"_blank\">read our post on Accessibility at WordCamp London 2016 here.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cr\u00e8che aka Children Day Care<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The WordCamp London organsing team would love to see adults and children attending sessions, but understand that sometimes kids find us boring.<\/p>\n<p>This year <a href=\"https:\/\/2016.london.wordcamp.org\/wcldn-2016-will-have-a-creche\/\">we have cr\u00e8che facilities for children of attendees<\/a> of the event.
