{"id":5,"date":"2015-12-16T17:41:16","date_gmt":"2015-12-16T17:41:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2016.london.wordcamp.org\/?p=5"},"modified":"2016-01-22T15:38:43","modified_gmt":"2016-01-22T15:38:43","slug":"wordcamp-london-opens-call-for-papers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/london.wordcamp.org\/2016\/wordcamp-london-opens-call-for-papers\/","title":{"rendered":"WordCamp London Opens Call for Papers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Apply To Speak at WordCamp London 2016<\/h2>\n<p>WordCamp London will be held from <strong>8th &#8211; 10th April 2016<\/strong> at the<strong> London Metropolitan University<\/strong>, bringing together a\u00a0community of business owners, developers, marketers, designers, content strategists\u00a0and educators for a third time in London.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are now open and we warmly welcome a variety of session formats including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lighting talks:<\/strong> (max 10mins with a group Q&amp;A)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Long form talks:<\/strong> (max 40mins inclusive of Q&amp;A)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ideas for Panels\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>We&#8217;ve Got Your Back: Mentorships<\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>WordCamp London welcomes all types of applicants and we want to encourage you to speak even if it&#8217;s your first time and you&#8217;re terrified; we&#8217;ve got your back and we&#8217;ve been there!
