10-Day Countdown
There are only ten days to get your ideas together and apply to speak at WordCamp London 2017, 17th – 19th March. We know speaking on stage is one of the scariest things most of us will have to do in our professional lives, so we have lots of ways to help and support you on your journey as a WordCamp speaker.
Read more information about how we support accepted speakers and the diversity of sessions we’d love to see at WordCamp London 2017.
Recommend a Friend
We all know someone who has something really interesting to say about WordPress. Maybe they’re a bit shy, maybe they don’t think they’ll be accepted because they don’t have much experience, or maybe they just haven’t heard that WordCamp London 2017 has opened speaker applications! Encourage your friend and recommend they apply to speak by mentioning @WordCampLondon – and your friend – on Twitter using hashtag #wcldn.
Recommendations will still have to go through the standard application process, but with a little encouragement, this may just be the right time for that person hiding in the shadows to step out into the spotlight.
