Here is a list of all the accessible and inclusive features you can expect at WordCamp London 2017. If we have missed anything, or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at\u00a0london@wordcamp.org<\/strong>.<\/p>\n We strongly encourage parents to attend WordCamp London with their children, and we will be providing childcare if required by the UK\u2019s leading provider<\/a> of mobile childcare, Nipperbout<\/a>\u00a0. Visit our ticket page<\/a> to book tickets and find out more.<\/p>\n There is blue badge parking outside London Metropolitan University. The London Borough of Islington allow Blue Badge holders to park free of charge and for an unlimited period in pay-and-display and permit bays. You can also park for up to three hours on a single or double yellow line as long as there is no loading ban in force.<\/p>\n All rooms holding sessions and presentations are fitted with audio induction loops. This includes the Henry Thomas Room, Great Hall and GC1\u201308 (in the Graduate Centre).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n WordCamp London is a breastfeeding friendly event.<\/p>\n If you are breastfeeding or expressing and would like to use our lactation room, please get the key from\u00a0an organiser at the main reception desk in The Rocket building<\/a>.<\/p>\n For more information, or to arrange the use of this room at a particular time don\u2019t hesitate to email us in advance at london@wordcamp.org<\/strong><\/p>\n Our life essentials boxes are located in all bathrooms. They contain sanitary products and are available for anyone to use. Please let an organiser or volunteer know if you need anything or if it needs to be refilled.<\/p>\n Room: TM1-86<\/strong><\/p>\n The multi-faith room will be accessible to all attendees during the following times:<\/p>\n Saturday 18th: 07:30 – 18:00 Please do not use the room for any other purpose<\/strong>. If you\u2019d like a quiet area, we\u2019ve arranged the Quiet Room for you.<\/p>\n We maintain an inclusive event with this speaker selection process<\/a>.<\/p>\n We\u2019ll be providing live captions for every presentation throughout the event.<\/p>\n There will be a Quiet Room available for all attendees to use during the conference. We want people to feel comfortable using this room to relax away from the main conference areas.<\/p>\n Please do not use this room for taking calls. If you need to take calls please emails us london@wordcamp.org <\/strong>so we can arrange an appropriate place for this.<\/p>\n If you are visiting us from outside the UK and will need a visa to access the event, please email us at london@wordcamp.org<\/strong> to arrange this.<\/p>\n The entire University is accessible by wheelchair, apart from the back room in The Rocket.
