We’re really, really happy to be sponsored by 34SP again this year!
We’re sure many of you know them already. They are a Manchester-based hosting company, and their enthusiasm and contributions to WordPress are very well known in the community—they sponsor quite a few WordCamps and WordPress meetups, and several members of their team have been featured as speakers in national and international conferences.
We had a chat with Daniel Foster, managing director at 34SP, who gave us some insights on their company, their products, and what to expect from their presence at WordCamp London 2018.
Here’s what Daniel said:
We’re excited to return to London for our fourth year running, sponsoring the UK’s biggest and boldest WordCamp. This year is our first year as a headliner sponsor, taking the step up to that level. We’re pretty excited! As ever we’ll have plenty of our team on hand to talk WordPress hosting; not to mention plenty of fun and games (hint hint) to brighten up the downtime between talks. Stop by our stand in The Rocket to find out more.
New for 2018, we’re keen to tell people about our new WordPress security plugin – WP Fingerprint. This security plugin is 100% free and until now was an integrated part of our WordPress hosting platform’s bespoke security system.
As security is a shared community issue, we want to try to help the larger WordPress ecosystem, which is why this important plugin security feature is now offered as a standalone feature. By the time you read this blog post you should find the plugin on the WordPress repo, ready to install on your site. While you can read all you need to know on WordPress.org – we’d love you to stop by our stand and find out more directly from us, too.
We’re looking forward to another great weekend in London and can’t wait to see everyone there!
