Invoices for Tickets
If you would like to receive an invoice for any tickets you have purchased for the WordCamp London event, please complete the form.
The request period for invoices for the 2019 event opened on 30 January.
Please make sure you are only requesting invoices for tickets which you have already purchased. Once you have submitted your request, we will send you a reply within a few days with any queries or with the invoice itself.
Refunds for Tickets
You can request a refund on a WordCamp London 2019 ticket you have purchased, but this must be received at least 30 days prior to the event date. This means all requests for ticket refunds must be made before 13 March 2019 in preparation for the event in April.
Please send an email to london@wordcamp.org and one of our team members will contact you to arrange a full refund.
